Franova is a country in the Zendari world.
History
Kingdom of Franova (known as Franova) is a newly created country to enter the Zendari Song Contest.
The country has 3 major cities, which make up one third of the population of Franova
- Rockmount
- Newbourne
- Windbridge
Rockmount is the Capital and largest city with a population of 423,723. The city is the country's chief commercial centre, the base for most national cultural and sporting institutions, the Franova Radio and Television Company, and the location of the Royal Palace of Franova.
Newbourne is the second biggest city in Franova. It is a coastal city with a large marina and 2 beaches containing beautiful golden sands. Newbourne has a population of 322,151.
Windbridge is a cathedral and university city located in the south of Franova. It's population is 257,012.
Climate
Franova has a subtropical climate, with very mild winters (on the coast) and warm to hot summers. Snow is possible only in the Smithfield Mountains in the central part of country. Rain occurs mainly in winter, with summer being generally dry.
The average annual temperature on the coast is around 24 °C (75 °F) during the day and 14 °C (57 °F) at night.

The National sport of Franova is Football. However, other popular sports are Cycling, Swimming & Rugby.
Major Venues
Rockmount Indoor Arena is situated in the Capital of Franova. With a capacity of 80,000, this arena hosts music events as well as being the National Indoor sports venue. With excellent transport links, this stadium is situated on the waterfront, only a mile away from the centre of the Capital.
Located in the second city of Franova, the Newbourne International Concert Hall was built in 2015. Having a capacity of 65,000 this stadium is popular for holding musical events and is one of the continents leading Operatic venue, with excellent acoustics. Newbourne International Concert Hall can also be transformed into the Country's most beautiful ballroom.
Eden Arena is based in Windbridge and has a capacity of 42,000. Based in the centre of this University town, the arena host the annual University Ball as well as major concerts.
