Zendari Song Contest 2 is the second edition of Zendari Song Contest. It will be hosted in Vasseau, the winning country from the previous edition. The contest will consist of two semi-finals and a final.
On the 6th of February 2018, it was revealed that Qyzylsha had won the contest, with the song "Aulë und Yavanna" by Oonagh. They received 142 points.
44 countries participated in this edition, with 13 countries competing for the first time, and 5 countries withdrawing from Zendari Song Contest.
Location
On the 6th of January 2018, a list of venues interested in hosting the second edition of Zendari Song Contest was revealed.
Bidding phase
Nine venues have been announced to have shown interest in hosting the contest. The ZBA announced the conditions under which cities and venues could announce their interest in hosting the contest.
- The host city has to be near a major airport.
- The venue must have good connections to public transport.
- The venue must be available for at least six weeks before the contest and one week after the conclusion of the contest.
- The venue must not be open-air, but an air-conditioned building with a capacity of at least 10,000 and a minimum ceiling height of 15 metres (49 ft), insulated for sound and light.
- The green room must be located as close to the arena as possible (or within it), with a capacity of 300.

Participating countries
Everyone is able to vote in both semi-finals. Everyone who votes in the opposite semi that they're not in will have their points added together separately, with the top scorer being the 11th qualifier of each semi-final.
Countries who are not competing in this edition are also allowed to vote, but must vote in both semi-finals in order for their points to be counted.

Grand Final
Incidents
Yuvian entrant
On the 7th of January 2018, the results of Otbor Yuvia 2 were revealed, and it was announced that Hanna had won the national final with the song "Poteryala Golovu". However, on the 15th of January 2018, Hanna fell during a promotion concert, and broke her neck. This resulted in her not being able to compete in Zendari Song Contest 2. The runner-up of Otbor Yuvia 2, Tess, was asked to take Hanna's place in the contest, but she rejected the invitation. This resulted in NAVIBAND, who managed to place in 3rd in the national final, being asked. They accepted the invitation, and managed to score Yuvia an honorable 4th place in the grand final.

Other countries
Eligibility for potential participation in Zendari Song Contest requires a national broadcaster with an active ZBA membership that is be able to broadcast the contest. All countries with an active ZBA membership have been given an invitation to join this edition.
Active ZBA countries
- Andoria - On the 4th of January 2018, The Tribal Council of Mainland Technology Official Broadcasting Unit announced that they would be withdrawing from Zendari Song Contest 2, due to scheduling conflicts, but that they would probably return for the third edition of the contest.
- Bandiaterra - On the 7th of January 2018, the national broadcaster of Bandiaterra announced that they would be withdrawing from Zendari Song Contest due to time constraints. It is unknown if the country will compete in the near future.
- Ikana - Despite originally confirming their participation in the second edition of the contest, Elsendanto Ikano failed to submit an entry to the contest within the designated deadline, and was forced to pull out of the contest. The broadcaster was fined for failing to submit an entry within the deadline.
- Jojo's Reich - On the 9th of January 2018, Nelson Idi Bo Benson Angle announced that they would be withdrawing from the second edition of Zendari Song Contest, but that they would potentially return for the third edition of the contest.
- Sosij - On the 22nd of December 2017, Sosi TV announced that they would be withdrawing from Zendari Song Contest due to severe funding issues within the host broadcaster. It is unknown if the country will compete in any future editions of the contest.
Inactive ZBA countries
- Orblein - Despite not competing in the edition, Orblein submitted votes for the grand final, as part of the Rest of the World jurors.
- Shairia - Despite applying to be apart of the contest (but failing to join, due to the current edition being full), Shairia submitted their votes for both semi-finals, as an international juror. They also submitted votes for the grand final, as part of the Rest of the World jurors.
- Wallovudia - Despite not competing in the edition, Wallovudia submitted votes for the grand final, as part of the Rest of the World jurors.
